Help (Process-Meter Enquiry)

Active Screen  - Meter Enquiry  

• Make sure your Mobile Bluetooth is turn on.
• Make sure your  meter is powered on.
• Select meter serial number from the list that you want to enquiry.
• Please again click on same meter that you have selected.

Error :   

      Error Massage "Cannot communicate with meter. Either meter is not powered on or it is out of range. Please make sure meter is powered on and locate yourself close to the meter. Then go back, scan the meters and retry. If issue is not resolved, long-press the push-button on meter to reset the Bluetooth and repeat the process." :-  Make sure your meter is powered on while you done operation.

      Error Massage "Failed to Download data" : - Please again try.
